Test systems for quality - reliability

Electrical measurements and tests, acceleration tests of micro-mechanical airbag sensors with and without thermal stress are carried out on the production line during manufacturing.

Test equipment for telephones

In the mass production of corded phones, the transmitting and receiving ends of receivers are tested acoustically and their frequency response is measured. The result is a quality indicator ending up in a go - no go statement. Data related to quality are determined, saved and evaluated online.

Systems for sensor matching

A module was developed especially for the purpose of matching micro-mechanical pressure sensors in mass production and modified such that it can be used on sensors with analog as well as digital communication interfaces. Based on a standardized system concept, a number of modules optimized for different demands are now available capable of communicating with several hundreds of sensors at a time, depending on the concrete application.

The systems for sensor matching were developed in close cooperation with our customer with the aim of increasing production throughput while boosting the yield and production quality.
